The kitchenette made it easy to whip up quick meals without hassle. Access to security features like key card entry for multiple doors enhances peace of mind during your stay.

The facilities felt outdated, lacking any in-room air conditioning control, which can be a hassle during hotter weather. Had to attend to basic requests myself, such as transporting luggage without assistance and gathering supplies like towels from storage. Other guests reported similar frustrations regarding the air conditioning and room comfort.

Great place with very good facilities. Very comfy bed in the apartment, plus a safe box, a sofa bed, and central heating. Stunning very central location and competent and extremely friendly staff.

Well-equipped and well-appointed units with 2 single beds. Magnificent location to a tube station minutes from the hotel...

The room was cozy, but the heating control was annoying to manage daily.

The rooms were reasonably large and equipped with TV and storage facilities, for instance. The staff were very very helpful, magnificent and lovely location near of everything that Paris offer to you.

It's excellent hotel with new-fashioned rooms, everything is excellent! Overall good food, plus there is Non Coupable close by. The property provides an excellent service.

Super convenient for public transport and dining options.

The location is amazing. 5 minutes work from Auber station and metro station. 2 mintes walk to bus stop. Also 5 minutes walk from the major shopping centers. Restaurants are very close to the hotel. If you are visiting Paris, this is the place to stay. If you are staying more than 3 days then cleaning service is only offered once a week which is what we prefer because we had laptops and camera equipments that we always left in the room.

The facilities is great Friendly staff very close to the transportion and shopping aera only 5min walking. I really recommend it for families and to any one that go for shopping in Paris. It is 3 stars hotel but I think it should be 5stars.

The kitchenette was a lifesaver for meals, but the bed was super uncomfortable.

The room is small , cleaning the rooms every week

The location was the best. Shopping and sightseeing had easy access. My kids enjoyed the room they were able to cook. The hotel staff were great. Always ready to make clients feel comfortable, they were always smiling and once I needed a adaptor plug, they searched for one to make sure I get to charge my phone and computers.

The negative was when we requested a room cleaning even if we paid since we stayed 4 nights the cleaners had to be requested 3 times. They came only after the third request and did not charge us anymore. The rooms had no or weak exhaust so when you cook the whole room smells. The room for 4 the toilet was separate from the shower and bath tub. The laundry machine was small so fitting in more clothes would need two loads and more coins needed.

Positive, The location is fantastic, just minutes from Opera Garnier and Galeries Lafayette. My studio was newly renovated with a nice street view. The kitchenette was fully equipped. The reception area is trendy and cozy, perfect for hanging out with a book 👍

we've some problems with cleaning women

The location was excellent. Walking distance to Metro and shopping around Opera. Kitchen was well equipped ad functional.

The price is not cheap at more than 200euros a night. Cleaning service at a fee of about 17euros. Even change of clean towels cost 6euro.
